Shipping Your Order
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3-5 working days in most cases. On rare occasions, it may be delayed due to stocking issues.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and recovery period, there is a shortage of global transport resources, which may in turn delay the fulfilment of your order in a timely manner. As such, your order may be delayed 4-6 days in processing and several days in transport based on the shipping company. We seek your kind cooperation and patience as we navigate these unprecedented times.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, we will send you your tracking number and tracking link via email. You can also track your order as below, according to your country of residence:
Estimated time of delivery:
West Malaysia - 2 to 7 working days
East Malaysia - 4 to 14 working days
Singapore - 4 to 10 working days
Taiwan - 7 to 14 working days

Changing Your Billing Address
The billing address is automatically generated as your shipping address. If you’d like to change it, please select “Use a different billing address” just before checkout.
No changes can be made once you’ve made payment or have completed the order. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you’ve provided earlier.
Delivery Queries
If An Attempted Delivery Was Unsuccessful
Immediately contact your local post office or the courier provider directly with your tracking number to check for updates. If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Hotline +603-77731673/+6012-4703002 (WhatsApp) or via email at cs@fuel2fit.cc.
If Your Order Is Split Into Two Or More Deliveries
It is unlikely for this to happen unless in the following conditions:
- There is a weight limit stipulated by customs or by the courier provider.
- More than one order had been made at different times.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel has been shipped.
